To All,

On September 11, 2001 the Pentagon, Worlds Largest Office Building was attacked by a Terrorist entity. Approximately a full wedge of the Pentagon was demolished when a plane struck the building. In the wake of all this devastation your franchise was called upon to help to restore this building to it's original state. With little or no notice to your daily local and regional operations that you support, you came proudly to help your country in the wake of it's turmoil. You arrived on the 13th of September 2001; the building was still smoldering in flames and smoke. You immediately started in on the cleaning of the building working two 12-hour shifts 7 days a week. Even as we were in the heightened state of security alert trying to get all your employees cleared and assigned badges, with the escorts you were still diligently cleaning the Pentagon.

Cleaning the Pentagon is an under statement, what you did was put life back into the building. With your motivated attitudes, professionalism, cleaning ability and sincerity you made the Pentagon glow. With so many disheartened and displaced employees of the Pentagon you made it possible for them to come back to a clean and pleasant work environment. With all of the security restrictions that were placed upon you, you still maintained a professional, courteous and flexible attitude. Within all of the hallways, offices, storerooms, cafeterias, and restrooms that you have cleaned there wasn't any complaints, only rave reviews of how detailed you were, how thoroughly you cleaned these areas and how great and wonderful you were to work with. In these days and times it is rare to see and meet people who are genuine, where the dollar is not the motivator, but doing a professional job is there motivation.

What has happened to the Pentagon will be recorded as a Historical Tragedy for all of the world to read, but what you have contributed will be recored in the 23,000 plus people of the Pentagon hearts as well as in your own. What you have done for the building is highly respected by this management staff, agency contacts, and occupants and will never be forgotten. We thank each and everyone of you for allowing your selves to be here serving your country in the wake of the Terrorist Attack at the Pentagon.
