In 1954, the Hollands purchased one of the first 25 ServiceMaster licenses in the nation. Subsequent owners Jerry and Lisa Winkley developed the business into a leading provider of cleaning and 24-hour restoration services as part of the "ServiceMaster Clean in a Wink" franchise.

In August 2014, ServiceMaster Clean and ServiceMaster Restore corporate headquarters purchased the ServiceMaster Clean in a Wink franchise, including the Hutchinson facility. Butch Mattson, who has been with the ServiceMaster Clean in a Wink business for more than twelve years, serves as general manager.
