ServiceMaster Building Maintenance is an independently owned franchise that was purchased in 1987. At that time, we cleaned six small office buildings and had four part time employees. Today, ServiceMaster Building Maintenance provides cleaning services to more than 300 facilities and covers more than 8.2 million square feet of space each day.
