All services, from Janitorial to Commercial, are done quickly and thoroughly, and with full customer satisfaction. With thousands of franchise locations around the world, the Moore family is proud to own and operate a top 10 franchise in the nation. In 2011, we were awarded the top honor of all ServiceMaster Clean franchises, the Marion E. Wade Award. More recently, we were honored to receive the President's Cabinet Award in 2018, the Achiever Award in 2019, and the Brand Ambassador Award in 2020.

Dave Moore has been a proud owner of a ServiceMaster franchise since 2000 – but his time with the company began much earlier. Dave’s father was an owner dating back to the 1960’s. As a child, Dave helped his dad run the business in a variety of capacities from folding towels to cleaning accounts. Today, he has been the owner of a franchise in the suburbs of Chicago for over 20 years, and more recently became an owner of the Indianapolis franchise with his son, Devin.

Kevin Quiggle and DeJuan Pearson run the daily operation of the Indianapolis franchise. Together, they have decades of experience and have become well known in the Indianapolis community for superior quality and excellent customer service.

Our objectives mean much to us. Marion E. Wade, the founder of ServiceMaster Clean, developed these objectives and they continue to be our targets:
