A Janitorial & Commercial Industrial Large Water Damage Success Story - Mobile, AL - Hurricane Nate

Early Sunday Morning October 8, 2017 Hurricane Nate hit the Gulf Coast. While this was far from a catastrophic hurricane, it's damages were felt in coastal areas and in low lying areas along the Alabama & Mississippi Coast. If your home or business was located along Mobile Bay, Dauphin Island, Coastal Mississippi and Downtown Mobile, Alabama, you certainly felt the effects of Nate. 

Such was the case for one of the large industrial customers of ServiceMaster Services Janitorial in Mobile. One of Mobile's largest employers suffered intrusion water through some windows and the result was flooding of several key areas of the facility. ServiceMaster received the call early Sunday morning. The storm had cleared the area and ServiceMaster Services was able to harness the combined forces of both its janitorial staff and the expertise of its sister disaster restoration service, ServiceMaster Advanced Cleaning & Restoration. 

On a Sunday, ServiceMaster was able to extract water from a huge area and many offices, of this facility, which are critical to its operation. By early afternoon, the air movers and dehumidification process had begun, allowing for the critical areas to be manned first thing Monday morning with the only minor interruption being the drying equipment still running. After a few days, all equipment will be removed and the facility will be back to it's pre-hurricane state.
