ServiceMaster of Allentown has been a leading authority in cleaning and janitorial services since 1967!

ServiceMaster of Allentown is proud of being third generation, family owned and operated in the Greater Lehigh Valley community for more than half a century! Previous owners, Scott and Freda Witmer, moved their cleaning franchise to Emmaus from Allentown in 1976. From its Emmaus location, our crews are dispatched to help keep community homes and offices clean and healthy inside and outside.

The cleaning business that trades as ServiceMaster Clean® was established in Allentown in 1967 by Scott Witmer’s father, Glenn. It was franchised that same year and transferred to Scott’s ownership in 1975. The business was incorporated in 1989. In 2018, ownership transferred to Scott and Freda’s daughter and son-in-law, Alexandria and Nevin Schueck.

The ServiceMaster building in Emmaus was built in 1959, and expanded in 2009. Originally, it served as a bicycle shop, and later as an audio equipment repair center. Its cousin building next door was built a short time after the ServiceMaster building. That building was purchased in 1996 by the Witmer family. Today it houses two tenants and a ServiceMaster warehouse.

At ServiceMaster, specially trained and equipped technicians clean walls, floors, carpets, furniture and drapery. They power wash siding and walks, wash windows, and clean and seal decks and fences. After fires, vandals, skunks or odor causing situations, our crews provide mitigation services that save property and restore well-being. Additionally, our janitorial teams provide contract routine maintenance services in commercial buildings.
