Meet Our Team
ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by T & D was founded in 2020 by co-owners Tyler Hess and Dylan Basterash, whose diverse backgrounds and unique skillsets help elevate the customer experience to the next level.
Tyler Hess recently completed his MBA from Rutgers University after earning his Undergraduate in Supply Chain from Penn State. He is also a military veteran who honorably served our country as an Engineering Office in the Navy. He is also the sole proprietor of an ice cream shop, The Baked Bear.
Dylan Basterash has extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and uses his operational background and business education to run the operations of SMCC by T & D. Over the past year, his focus has been on sales and marketing to help grow relationships with local networking groups such as Garden State Business Group (GSBG), among others.
Networking in the community is important to both Tyler and Dylan. Since opening the business, they have joined the local Chamber of Commerce and continue to support other small, local businesses in the area. In their spare time, Tyler and Dylan enjoy spending time with their families.
Joe Piroli brings a diverse background and skillset and has been our jack-of-all-trades handyman since day one! Joe was our first hire and the natural choice for the position of Operations Manager as our business grew. Joe is integral to running the day-to-day operations of the business.
