Karen Heimbach, owner of ServiceMaster by Satisfaction,began her journey with ServiceMaster as a cleaning specialist in 1983. She worked from the bottom up, learning all the business functions that allowed her to buy a franchise in 1988. Her success is credited to her experience as a cleaning specialist, including hard surface floors and carpets, supervisor, office manager and payroll manager; which led her to own the only "100% woman owned" and operated ServiceMaster in the Lehigh Valley. Many companies throughout the Lehigh Valley have benefited from Karen's "hands-on experience" by looking their professional best.
